FAQ

HOW DO I PURCHASE WINE?

Two Wolves wines are sold directly to our Tribe members through our online releases in spring, fall, and winter. In order to be eligible to purchase wine, you must Join the Tribe to be notified of release dates. We only ship to customers 21 and older residing in the following states, so please note that you must live in a state we ship to in order to join:

AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, D.C., FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

Though we would love to share our wines with everyone, we are a very small winery and currently only ship to the following states:

AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, D.C., FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY.

While we have no immediate plans to export our wines to Europe or elsewhere outside of the USA, we’d encourage you to sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date on all things Two Wolves.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES?

Our carrier of choice is FEDEX. You may choose the speed of service, though we recommend overnight. We recommend shipping to a home or office where a person 21 years or older will be present to receive and sign for the package to avoid delayed or returned shipment. You may have the wines shipped to or held at your local FEDEX ship center.

All wine ships from Santa Barbara County, California. Shipping times may vary depending on order day, time, and destination. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination of shipment.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO HOLD PACKAGES IF INCLEMENT WEATHER POSES A RISK TO THE QUALITY OF THE WINE. WE WILL NOTIFY YOU IMMEDIATELY IF SHIPMENT IS DELAYED.

WHAT IS THE RETURNED PACKAGE POLICY?

If your package is returned to us because there was not a person present at the given address to sign for it, we're gonna drink it! But, if you want it to be re-shipped, you will be required to pay the carrier return fee (80% of original shipping charge), a $10 re-processing fee, and the new shipping charge. Contact Us directly to coordinate the re-ship.

You can also opt to receive a refund on your shipment minus the carrier return fee.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We will offer an exchange or refund for bottles that are damaged or flawed. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is flawed. Wines may not be returned if damage occurred in transit. Please contact the carrier. We are also unable to accept returns of wines that were ordered in error. If you are approved for an exchange or refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?

Absolutely, our shipping boxes are made from recycled cardboard and can be reused or recycled. Read more about our sustainability efforts here.

DO YOU HAVE A TASTING ROOM TO VISIT OR HOST WINERY TOURS?

We are not open to the public as we are not licensed for either.

DO YOU SELL YOUR WINE IN RESTAURANTS AND RETAIL SHOPS?

Our wines are available in few restaurants. We mostly sell directly to our Tribe members through online releases. You can find our wine sold at these restaurants.

DO YOU EXPORT YOUR WINE?

We now export to Australia through CellarHand. Availability is limited. 

HOW MUCH DO THE WINES COST?

Our prices vary depending on the wines released. All pricing information will be available to Tribe members once the wines become available to purchase.

I SIGNED UP FOR THE TRIBE, NOW WHAT?

We currently have a waitlist. Once you are moved from the waitlist to the Tribe, you will receive an invitation three times a year to purchase wine during our spring, fall, and winter releases. Be on the lookout for a save-the-date email prior to the release date, with details on how to purchase. 

DO YOU ACCEPT DONATION REQUESTS?

While we have a soft spot for worthy causes, and would love to be able to contribute to donation requests, we are a very small winery and do not produce enough wine to donate at this time.
